Questions: Review our FAQs.
What happens after I sign up to become a partner?
After submitting your sign-up form, you will receive an email with access to your partner portal. This is the one-stop shop for everything you need to succeed! Then, you’ll begin your onboarding journey where we’ll share resources and introduce you to your dedicated account manager.
What commission will I be eligible to receive?
Once you have access to your partner portal, you can earn 5% immediately. However, all partners have 6 months after their sign-up date to complete the Method:Partner exam to become Method:Certified. By certifying, your commission increases from 5% to 10%, and you can apply for a second partner discounted account. If you do not get certified in the first 6 months, your commission will decrease to 0% and you will lose your discounted account. We also ask that you recertify annually to maintain the discounted accounts and commission.
Why do I need two Method accounts?
Most of our Method:Partners use one account for their practice management and the second for sandbox and demo purposes.
Where can I stay informed about the Method:Partner Program?
The Method:Partner Program hosts a bi-monthly partner update call where the Method team provides partner program updates, the latest marketing material, a sneak peak of the product roadmap, and live demos of upcoming feature releases from Product Managers. There is also a Facebook group, Slack channel, and Forum where Method:Partners and the Method team interact directly.
